Fee Transparency

All fees are clearly outlined prior to the start of services. Clients will receive:

• A written Fee & Cancellation Policy
• An estimate of the total cost of services

Billing & Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Accepted forms of payment:  credit/debit card, check, or electronic transfer.
• Receipts and statements are provided upon request for insurance reimbursement or personal records.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, as outlined in the Fee & Cancellation Policy.
